Grow a Garden 2: Crop Values, Prices & Sell List
Crop value table
Sorted by average sell value, highest first. Values shown are at base weight (1 kg). Heavier crops sell for more because value scales with weight squared.

How crop value works in Grow a Garden 2
The sell price you receive for a crop is not a flat number. It is calculated from the base value multiplied by the crop's weight squared. A crop that weighs 2 kg sells for roughly four times more than the same crop at 1 kg. Sprinklers increase the size (and therefore weight) of growing crops, which is why the crop value calculator and sprinkler method are central to high-end farming.
On top of weight scaling, mutations apply additional multipliers. For example, a Rainbow mutation gives a large multiplier on top of the base value times weight squared. Stacking a heavy crop with multiple mutations is how the largest payouts are achieved in GAG2.
The "Average Value" column in the table above is the expected value at average weight (1 kg) with no mutations. The "Floor Value" is the minimum at the lowest possible weight. Both come from early in-game data and are still being verified in-game.
Highest value crops in Grow a Garden 2
The five crops with the highest average sell value at base weight, based on early in-game data data. These are the best targets for AFK mutation farming.
Best value for money (Sheckle crops)
Crops ranked by average sell value divided by seed cost in Sheckles. A higher ratio means better return on your seed investment. Only Sheckle-priced seeds are compared here.
Ratio = average value at base weight divided by seed cost. Does not account for multi-harvest crops or growth time. Use the calculator for full profitability analysis.
Frequently asked questions
What is the most valuable crop in Grow a Garden 2?
Mushroom has the highest average sell value at base weight in Grow a Garden 2 at 13,000 Sheckles, according to early in-game data. Moon Bloom follows at 9,000 S and Lotus at 6,500 S. These values are from early in-game data and are being verified in-game.
How is crop value calculated in GAG2?
Crop value in Grow a Garden 2 is calculated as the base value multiplied by the crop's weight squared. A heavier crop sells for much more than a light one. Mutations such as Gold, Rainbow, and Shocked apply additional multipliers on top of this. Use the crop value calculator for full breakdowns.
What does Average Value mean in GAG2?
Average Value is the expected sell price at average weight (1 kg) with no mutations applied. It is sourced from early in-game data and has not yet been independently verified in-game. Use it as a good estimate, not a guaranteed payout.
Why does my crop sell for more than the listed value?
If your crop sold for more than the listed average, it was likely heavier than 1 kg or had a mutation applied. Value scales with weight squared: a 2 kg crop sells for roughly 4x the base average. Mutations like Gold or Rainbow add large multipliers on top.
Which crops have the best value-to-cost ratio in GAG2?
For Sheckle-priced seeds, crops like Bamboo (700 S seed, 800 S average) give strong early returns. Higher-rarity crops have much higher absolute values but cost many Robux. See the "Best value for money" table above, or use the calculator for full analysis.
Grow a Garden 2 Trading Values
The crop value table above is the primary reference for Grow a Garden 2 trading. When trading crops between players, the average sell value at base weight (1 kg, no mutations) is the standard starting point. A crop worth 1,000 S base is generally considered fair trade for another crop in the same value range.
Mutations significantly change a crop's trading value. A Rainbow-mutated crop (25x multiplier) is worth roughly 25 times its base value. When trading mutated crops, use the crop value calculator to estimate the effective value before agreeing to a deal.
