It is multi-harvest and cannot be bought — you get it by merging a fully-grown Sun Bloom with a fully-grown Moon Bloom using a Trowel (both parents are deleted). Its ability: harvesting an Eclipse Bloom triggers the Eclipse weather for 2 minutes, which occasionally applies the Eclipsed mutation to your crops.

Obtainment. You get it by merging a fully-grown Sun Bloom with a fully-grown Moon Bloom using a Trowel. Both parent plants are deleted in the merge. It is the first crop in the game to be obtainable only via a merge.
Ability. Harvesting an Eclipse Bloom crop triggers the Eclipse weather for 2 minutes. While Eclipse is active, your crops can occasionally roll the Eclipsed mutation (80x Sheckles multiplier — one of the strongest environmental mutations). That makes Eclipse Bloom effectively a one-plant weather generator — a strong farming utility crop rather than a raw sell-value play.
