Whether it steals while the owner is offline and how it interacts with defensive pets like the Gnome gear and Bee are not yet documented.

In GAG1, Raccoon was Divine rarity and caused an economy-breaking duplication exploit; in GAG2 it is Super rarity and uses an actual steal mechanic rather than duplication.
